How long is the consignment contract?

The consignment contract is eighty (60) days. It is the Consignors responsibility to keep track of the contract termination date. After 60 days, the consignor has 5 days to come pick up their items. IT IS THE CONSIGNORS RESPONSIBILTY TO KEEP TRACK OF THEIR CONSIGNMENT TERM. UNCLAIMED ITEMS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF MAGNOLIA DESIGN & CONSIGN.

How Much Do I Get Paid?

We do a 50/50 split with the consignor once the item sells. Is there a Buyer’s Premium? Yes, our processing software automatically adds a $1.00 –to $4.00 (more with furniture) fee to the item’s price that the buyer pays to cover processing costs. This fee does not affect the consigner payout amount.

When Do I Get Paid?

Checks are available to pick up on the 10th day of the month following the sale of your item(s). For example, if your item sells in June, payment is available after July 10th.

Do you offer pick up and delivery services?

Magnolia Design & Consign offers pick up and delivery at reasonable rates. Rates vary based on location, size and amount of item (s) to be moved. Customers are responsible for loading and securing purchased items from the shop on/in their own vehicles. If you are picking up items please bring help and any necessary blankets and tie downs. Items must be picked up within 48 hours of purchased date.
